Welcome to IndoreCab Portal (indorecabservice.in). By registering as a driver, vendor, or taxi operator on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Platform Nature

IndoreCab Portal operates solely as a Fleet Operations CRM & Software Platform connecting independent taxi service providers/drivers with trip management tools. We do not own, operate, or manage rides, customer calls, or direct transit services.

2. Vendor & Driver Responsibilities

• Operators must possess a valid Commercial Driving License, vehicle commercial permit, and active vehicle insurance.
• Operators are responsible for managing their internal trip bookings, pricing, and client records directly on the CRM.
• IndoreCab Portal is not responsible for non-payment, disputes, or cancellations between end customers and independent operators.

3. Limitation of Liability

IndoreCab Portal shall not be held liable for any disputes, damages, accidents, loss of property, or legal issues arising before, during, or after a trip managed through software records.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of fraudulent activity, misuse of contact data, or violation of local transport laws.
