LazyPay is a personal loan app that provides personal loan and buy now pay later (BNPL) facilities to its customers, they will provide you loan from starting Rs.2000 to Rs.20,000 without any heavy document and collateral. You just need to enter your Aadhar card number and do some KYC to start using their pay later, bill payment and loans services.
LazyPay will also provide personal loans up to 5L depending on your cibil score, and monthly income.
So, for secure your privacy you can follow this simple steps,
- Always pay on time
- If enable to pay for any reason, just remind them by email, contact, or any other social medium for grace period/extend billing cycle.
- Never ignore calls, attend and explain properly.
- Block data sharing for third party if possible (see steps below).
- You can ask them to wave off your panalties if you want to pay your borrowed amount.
Something, you also need to know about Lazypay secure account with sharing setting.
1. First of all you need to go to your profile tab in lazypay app.
2. Scroll down and click Policies and agreements

3. In next window, click on Manage data sharing
4. In manage data preferences, toggle off all sharing options

This will help you stop sharing your data to third party products and services. It doesn’t mean that you will not receive recovery agents call but your data will be not shared.
Most loans charges higher panalty late fees up to 30% so before taking any loan you must need to read all its terms and conditions first.

One of its customers from Indore has borrowed Rs,2000 from lazypay pay later and is not able to pay on time he got complaints that he receives calls from lazypay recovery agents with abusive language. He said that he is facing a billing cycle from his account and doesn’t want to pay in every 15 days.

On 18 July 2925, his pay later amount 827 INR was due and he asked customer care about change billing cycle but they didn’t changed it. He getting 10-15 calls daily from collection department.
In such a situation, you do not need to panic, you can get rid of the calls and messages from the recovery agent by paying your debts without penalties.
Lazypay Pay Later Late due charges
Lazypay FlexiLimit (pay later) charge Rs.25 per day as a panalty/ late fees for its customers. If you have activated Autopay, you may also be charged a ₹300 bounce charge. Apart from this, they charge Rs.15 – Rs.20 you in the name of interest rate.
When it comes to the Lazypay Pay Later late fee, there is no need to be worried; if you fail to pay it even after 15 days, they will waive your late fee and you will just be required to pay the amount you have spent.
